About Us

The high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils that we procure and import display the distinct flavors of the PICUAL olive fruit variety with intense grassy flavors together with a slight bitterness and spiciness with hints of tomato and artichoke. The intense flavors of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils is a direct result of the high concentration of polyphenols (natural antioxidants) that are naturally present in PICUAL allowing for the organoleptic and nutritional properties to be kept unchanged for up to 23 months.   Olivar Santamaria Extra Virgin Olive Oil is becoming the go to product of food enthusiasts and highly recognized chefs.

Artisanal Wines for Cooking

Artisanal Wines for cooking are created from our best aperitif wines from our vineyards in Cordoba, Spain. Aged in American Oak Barrels and infused with sea salt (less than ½ gram), we arrive at a flavorful and exquisitely versatile wine for all dishes. Excellent with seafood, chicken, pork, lamb and beef.  The Red Pedro Ximenez variety is best for certain stews and game dishes calling for a more robust cooking wine.
